Chanukah 2021

The Civic and Interfaith Chanukah Service was held on Sunday 5 December, the seventh day of Chanukah, led by Rabbi Dr Douglas Charing. The shul once again welcomed Chessy Weiner as cantor, accompanied by Alan Horsey. The service was attended by civic and faith leaders from Bradford. All attendees went  for refreshments afterwards at the Sweet Centre Restaurant, Lumb Lane, around the corner from the Synagogue. This was a very special occasion as the reception was generously sponsored by Hindu community leader Dr Manoj Joshi DL; a wonderful gesture of support for our community and interfaith co-operation.
